Our Training Sessions
We offer a varied schedule of training to seniors and juniors from aged 8 and older.
Where can you find us?
We are based in East Belfast, and we currently train at the NICSSA Pavilion Sports pitches beside Stormont:

In the Spring/Summer we make use of the Stormont Estate and in the Autumn/Winter we train on the pitches and in the surrounding streets. Members have access to the changing rooms, but most come ready to train. We will also hold training sessions on the Mary Peters Track in the Spring/Summer months.
When do we train?
Seniors – 6.30pm – 7.45pm - Monday and Thursday
Juniors* – Start at 6.30pm (sharp) - 7.45pm - Monday and Thursday
*There is currently a waiting list for children aged 8-16/P5 and above (All Junior groups). If you would like to add your child to the waiting list to please contact the club.

Sunday Long Runs
Although not officially part of membership, we usually have various groups heading out on a Sunday morning at 9am for a long run. Perfect for those training for a marathon!
Additional Training Sessions
Additional training sessions are often run by the coaches, usually as part of a marathon training block or in the run up to a local races. These sessions are open to all and communicated to members via the member WhatsApp Groups.
